Job overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our inclusion team. You will address barriers to learning for individual students enabling them to achieve their full potential. This may include in class support, 1:1 and small group work alongside developing their literacy and numeracy skills within our inclusion area. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wishing to gain experience in an educational setting for future careers.
Experience of children with behavioural problems would be advantageous. A good level of ICT skills is essential and experience with the use of the SIMS database would be useful.
The successful candidate will work 8.50am to 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.50am to 2.00pm on Friday, term time only.
