Job overview
We are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, initially in our Reception Class to offer support to our children across the school. The successful candidate will need to have classroom experience. The candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and as part of the wider team, in helping to support our pupils with their core lessons and the class as and when necessary.

Situated in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, The Mead is a warm family community in which happy, secure children thrive, learn and achieve. Founded by Angela Culley in 1987, the school has grown and developed from an initial twelve children to over two hundred today. The Mead is housed in a large Victorian villa which has seen significant development over the years, but has maintained its homely feel. It is run as a large family living under one roof.
