Job overview
Langley Park Primary School (LPPS) opened in September 2016. This was set up as a brand-new school, which is a part of the Impact Multi Academy Trust. Our new building opened in September 2018 close to the two Langley secondary schools. The school is a two-form entry school for children aged 4–11 years old.
Langley Park Primary School is a local school for local families in an area where primary schools are heavily oversubscribed, and parents need more choice.
We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant, who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational; a teaching assistant who has the desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children.
The ideal candidate will:
· Show initiative, provide intervention, promote independent learning and work successfully as part of a team.
· Have knowledge of the KS1 / KS2 curriculum.
· Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour.
· Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities.
