From the youngest age, children happily share resources, take turns and organise themselves and by the end of Reception they are highly independent. The variety of backgrounds and cultures within their inclusive international community encourages children to understand and learn about their individual differences and to respect one another... There is a clear and shared understanding by all staff of the safeguarding and welfare of children.”
