You will work across two classes within a Year group supporting specific pupils with Special Educational Needs with accessing the curriculum and delivering specific interventions in order to meet their needs. This role involves working with multiple children but usually on an individual or paired basis.

We are looking for motivated individuals with:

➢  A passion for providing educational experiences which ensure that all learners achieve.

➢  Prior experience of working with children with Special Needs.

➢  Ability to work as part of a team with excellent interpersonal skills.

Initiative and the ability to be reflective practitioners who can act upon the advice of colleagues to improve the educational outcomes for the children that they work with.
