St Mary’s is a 1FE Church of England Free School that opened in September 2014. We moved into our new purpose built school that benefits from our own copse and an outlook over open fields to the back of the site. And yes, we are in the London Borough of Ealing! As a free school, we have the freedom to devise our own curriculum based on the National Curriculum, but pertinent to our school community and locality. The school’s curriculum promotes our values of love, respect, faith, service and perseverance.

The school was graded good by Ofsted and SIAMS. Ofsted noted:

 • Staff praise the “unique” culture of the school where teachers and leaders collaborate regularly

• Positive behaviour is reflected across the school

• The school’s curriculum promotes positive values

• One parent described the school as “a breath of fresh air with committed staff”

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a small, flexible team to support children’s learning.

St Mary’s School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All appointments are dependent on satisfactory enhanced DBS clearance.

Please send your completed application form to the school administrator, details above.

The closing date for applications is 6th June 2022

Interviews will take place w/c 13th June 2022
