It is an exciting time for North Cambridge Academy. We are a growing in student numbers and are looking to expand our team for our 2023-2024 academic year.
We are looking for enthusiastic Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team in order to support the delivery of our curriculum and enable young people to make exceptional progress in all aspects of their lives.
You will supervise and provide support for young people to help improve engagement in learning, remove barriers to learning, improve attainment, support their personal care and promote their self-confidence and emotional well-being.

Hours of work will be 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday,
(32.5 hours per week) Term time plus 1 week
Salary – Meridian Trust pay Grade 4 point 3 to 5 (£15,749- £16,327/ FTE £ 20,812- £21,575)

We are situated to the north of the city, approximately a mile from the centre of Cambridge. There is easy access from the A14 and we are close to the new Cambridge North train station. Cambridge is a vibrant university city with a reputation as a great place to work and live.
