Teaching Assistant Level 1

Serlby Park Academy are looking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational, hard-working Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our academy in September 2019.  The role will involve working under the direct instruction of teacher/support staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom. 

This role is permanent, to work 30.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days (39 weeks).

The academy is a 3-18 all through school situated in a small village with a real community feel. This role provides an unusual and exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about the opportunity to impact on the lives of students from when they join the academy at the age of 3 in an all through 3-18 setting.
