alary Grade: Band 3, SCP 6-11, £20,043.00 - £22,129.00 per annum pro-rata to Hours & Term Time

Actual Salary: £14,204.02 per annum based on 30 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, over 5 days, Term Time, plus 1 week (39 weeks). To be agreed with the successful candidate.

Contract Type: Casual

Our outstanding academy is seeking to appoint Two Teaching Assistants Level 1 to join our supportive team of TA’s in the learning and contribute to our caring ethos ensuring every pupil in our care reaches their full potential.

Pictor Academy is an outstanding school held in high regard locally and nationally. The school is for children aged 2 - 11 with special educational needs from various conditions. A large proportion of the population are children with autism. This means that they have difficulties communicating and interacting with others. They will also have difficulties with play and imagination.

We are ideally looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated applicants with experience working with young people (voluntary or paid), preferably in a school environment, who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
