Location: Nottingham

Salary: Actual salary £22,354 to £24,505 per annum (NJC 6-11)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Full Time, 37 hours a week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

About the Inclusion Team:
Join a proactive and supportive Inclusion Team at Ellis Guilford School, where you will play a key role in helping children with additional needs access learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with the SENDCo, teachers, families, and external agencies, you will deliver targeted interventions, support the adaptation of learning environments, and help remove barriers to learning. With a focus on promoting independence, participation, and positive outcomes, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful and lasting difference in childrens lives.

About You:
We are looking for a proactive and supportive individual who has:

• Proven experience of working with children and young people.

• Experience of building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, colleagues, and external professionals.

• A commitment to supporting inclusion and helping children achieve their full potential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of young people.
