We are looking to appoint dynamic and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. The successful candidates will be supporting children to be successful in all aspects of learning, working within the resource base and supporting in mainstream or extra-curricular activities to ensure the students are able to succeed in all aspects of school life. The role will include in class support in small group and mainstream setting and will include supporting the students to achieve their personalised outcomes through the delivery of targeted interventions. You will need to have the skills and experience that not only support students who have a place in the integrated resource but also build strong relationships with staff and students in the wider school community to encourage an inclusive attitude towards students with a high level of SEND need. This position offers an opportunity to shape and develop future provision and be part of a talented specialist team. 


You will need to be able to:


Have knowledge and understanding of high levels of differentiation and use of assistive technology to support independent learning. 

Be creative and have a passion for supporting achievement for all.  

 Be able to work under pressure within a strong team focused towards challenging goals

 Have excellent organisational and communication skills

 Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child
