Through Government catch up funding, we are seeking applications from outstanding individuals, committed to working as part of a dedicated team. The purpose of this role is to address and mitigate disadvantages faced by children within our academies, particularly as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support the children within the academy and you will be devoted to establishing constructive relationships with students. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues, promoting the vision and values of Northern Education Trust.
We welcome applications from dedicated individuals who:
• Have 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, including English and Maths
• Hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline or have appropriate experience
• Have experience of working with children and young people, and experience of working in the education system and in multi-agency settings

Our children achieve great things both academically and in the wider curriculum throughout the academy. Learning is exciting and fun so that every day is memorable. We have developed outdoor learning by creating a Woodland area in addition to the many outdoor learning areas we have in our vast grounds.
