 Hours: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days (8am to 3.30pm with 30 min break)
 Location: Oldfleet Primary School, Bradford Avenue, Hull

Oldfleet Primary School, are part of the Yorkshire and Humber Cooperative Learning Trust, seek to employ a committed, hardworking, enthusiastic teaching assistant who has experience of the Early Years Foundation Unit

The successful applicant will have high expectations of achievement and behaviour, and be committed to continuous school improvement and additionally the following –

Quality EYFS practitioner

Good understanding of play-based learning

Knowledge of prime areas of the EYFS curriculum and the importance of these for a child's development

Knowledge of characteristics of effective learning and experience of developing these in young children

Possible experience of In the Moment Planning

As part of the shortlisting process, because we are unable to invite candidates into school, we will be asking shortlisted candidates to produce a video of no longer than 5 minutes of themselves reading a story suitable to share with a small group of children.  We will then shortlist again and invite successful candidates to an interview.

Shortlisting: Monday 6th July 2020
If shortlisted, deadline for story reading video: Wednesday 8th July 2020 5pm
Interviews: Friday 10th July 2020
