HOURS: 37 Hours, 39 Weeks

SALARY: Grade 5, Point 13 £19,190.00 Actual salary will be equivalent to weeks and hours worked.

Kettering Science Academy requires a Teaching Assistant Level 3 specialising in Safeguarding and Inclusion.

The successful candidate will be required to work under the guidance of the Designated Safeguarding Lead and/or SENCO to support the inclusion of vulnerable students with additional needs. This is a flexible role which will respond to changing students’ needs as required.

The successful candidate will join a supportive and friendly team.

You will be responsible for promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all students and show awareness of complying with policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
