This is a full time, permanent role.

Camberwell Park Specialist Support School is a large SEND primary school in North Manchester with 188 pupils on roll. Our friendly and welcoming school is split across two modern buildings on our site on Brookside Road in Moston. Our hardworking and committed staff support pupils with a range of additional needs to help them achieve their full potential.

The Governors at Camberwell Park wish to appoint an enthusiastic, committed, and highly motivated Sports Coach to support and provide the best possible learning opportunities for our children in their physical development.

The successful candidate for this role will have responsibility for providing high quality and meaningful physical development for pupils across our school with a range of learning needs, in line with our highly adapted curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

·        Have knowledge of a range of strategies suitable for supporting learning for pupils with SEND

·        Work with class teams across the school to enhance pupil progress in physical development and maintain the highest possible standards

·        Be able to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a variety of teams

·        Have a commitment to support the wider aspects of school life

·        Support pupils positively through periods of emotional dysregulation

·        Show enthusiasm for working with our fantastic pupils

·        Prepare and implement well-structured, progressive, safe and inclusive PE lessons ensuring a high quality, enjoyable experience centred on the unique needs of each child
