Upton by Chester High School are looking to appoint an experienced, well qualified Teaching Assistant, specialising in Mathematics, to raise the attainment of learners who require support to address gaps in their learning.
Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to enhance the development and education of our learners. You will be working within the Mathematics Department with learners from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The person we are looking for will be a positive, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and supportive skills with the ability to motivate others.
You will have the ability to work with young people, proficiency in higher level mathematics is desirable or a Teaching Assistant Qualification Level 2 or 3.
