Job overview

Term Time Only

Are you committed to supporting students to achieve their full potential? If so, you may be the ideal candidate to join our dedicated SEND team to provide support for students who require additional help to overcome barriers to learning.

You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of diverse learning needs and abilities and be able to build positive relationships with young people. Previous experience in a school would be an advantage, and a commitment to helping young people achieve their full potential is essential. This role would provide an ideal opportunity for a graduate to gain experience within a school environment whilst considering a career in the education sector.

We are a forward-thinking school that has dispensed with formal lesson observations, retrospective book marking and written student exam reports whilst maintaining very high standards of care and outcomes. Behaviour is good and the students are keen to progress and are used to working hard.

We prefer candidates who are organised, friendly, and who possess a positive work ethic. Having a few good ideas is always welcome.

If you join us you will be part of a structured, committed and hardworking team that will look after you and help you progress in your career.

Please visit our website http://www.cumberlandcst.org./vacancies for more information. Your application is a direct application to the CST.
