About You:
Queen Eleanor Primary Academy are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about helping children thrive. You will help bring learning to life, support pupils of all abilities, and contribute to a positive, confident, and curious classroom environment. We’re looking for someone proactive, caring, and motivated to make a real difference to pupils’ educational journeys. Whether you have established experience in a school setting or are just beginning your career, we welcome individuals who are committed to developing their skills. We would also be happy to consider applicants at apprentice level, offering support and training to help you grow into the role.

Apprenticeship Route:
We are committed to supporting career development and are pleased to offer an apprenticeship pathway for this role. For candidates interested in gaining a recognised qualification while working, we partner with a trusted apprenticeship training provider who can advise and signpost suitable applicants to the most appropriate programme.
If appointed through the apprenticeship route, you will receive structured on‑the‑job training, professional support and guided study time to complete your qualification. Our provider will work closely with you to ensure the chosen apprenticeship aligns with both the role and your long‑term career goals.
Please note: Salary for an apprenticeship appointment will reflect the National Minimum Wage for apprentices, in line with government guidance.
