Wetherby School are currently looking for career minded and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team from September 2019. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic and confident and will be able to support and inspire children to foster their enthusiasm for learning. They will also have the skills and maturity required to take on the Teaching Assistants duties and responsibilities. A willingness to contribute fully to the extra-curricular activities and life of the school is vital.
A degree qualification or teaching qualification would be preferable for this role. This post would suit a graduate looking for school based experience before furthering their career.
Wetherby School is an Independent boys’ school (ages 2 ½ - 8) in Notting Hill with 360 boys. It is heavily oversubscribed and is extremely successful in securing pupils’ entry into the Preparatory School of their choice. It is part of the Alpha Plus Group of schools, which is one of the country's leading educational groups.

The Alpha Plus Group has its own salary scale, which is above the Central London Maintained Scale. A salary will be in the range of £28,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications will be offered to the successful candidate.
