£19,843 - £21,904 (fte) pro rata

£16,714 - £18, 450 (Actual salary paid)

Required to start as soon as possible, we are looking to appoint an experienced teaching assistant who will offer classroom, individual, behavioural and administrative support. Your knowledge of the Special Needs Code of Practice will help you to understand and empathise with students who experience difficulty with school life for a number of reasons.

This is an exciting time for our new school as we develop a culture of high expectations focused on delivering outstanding achievement for all of our students. 2019 (the last series of actual exams) delivered the best ever GCSE results for the school and a recent OFSTED inspection upgraded the academy in every category.

Working in close partnership with the Redhill Academy Trust, we are also a member of The Redhill College of Leadership and Development and as such there are excellent CPD opportunities and the chance to work alongside other high performing schools in the region.  Park Vale became an academy, sponsored by The Redhill Academy Trust, on 1 September 2016.

For further details regarding this post or to request an application form please contact Human Resources, at hr@redhillacademytrust.org.uk or alternatively please visit our website at www.parkvaleacademy.org.uk

As Park Vale Academy is committed to safeguarding children practices, any appointment will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and successful references.
