Tuxford Academy is seeking to employ a Teaching Assistant with experience of supporting vulnerable students that are unable to access mainstream education. Working with a team to carry out a range of learning development, student welfare and administrative tasks to support students and teaching staff. We would welcome applications from a teaching assistant with behavioural experience or a qualified teacher with behavioural experience looking to move roles or return to teaching.
Job title: Teaching Assistant
Working hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time
Grade: Grade 3 or Grade 4 dependent on experience
£13,535 - £16,839 (actual salary - grade dependent)
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of senior leaders and teaching staff and will be primarily based in the HELM group.
