Teaching Assistant (12 month FTC)

Grade 3 – Point 5 – 7

Pro-rated salary £18,454 to £19,133 (Full time Equivalent £21,575 – £22,369)

32.5 hours per week. Term Time Only

The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join their highly committed team. The role is a temporary one for the 2023-24 academic year.

The successful candidate will:

·      be enthusiastic and passionate about providing high quality education for all children;

·      have a passion for including every child fully, in school life and learning;

·      be creative, motivated and hard working;

·      seek out opportunities to build strong relationships with the families of the children they support;

·      attend professional development and share good practice with others;

·      be flexible in working with both groups and one to one support, as needed;

·      be committed to supporting and contributing to the school ethos of Learning Happily Together.
