A Kinder, More Human Approach to Education
Oxford Millwood School (previously Oxford Montessori School) is built on a simple belief: where ambition is nurtured, every child can flourish. Set within a beautiful rural environment, we combine small class sizes, outdoor learning and a rigorous academic curriculum to give pupils the space, support and challenge they need to grow academically and personally.
Many of our pupils arrive bright, curious and full of potential, but have lost confidence in environments that didn’t fully understand their needs. Through highly personalised pathways, therapeutic support and strong, values-driven relationships, we help young people reconnect with learning and rediscover what they are capable of.
- Here, pupils find their voice again.
- They grow through freedom, structure, respect and genuine connection.
- And they become confident, resilient learners, ready to succeed in further education, employment and life beyond school.
