We are currently looking for brilliant Teaching Assistants for our lovely school. We are looking to appoint someone who would love the opportunity to join our welcoming staff team.


We are looking for Teaching Assistants who: 

• Have very high standards and expectations of themselves and others; 

• Have a proven track record of being part of a successful team, or led a curriculum area;

• Are excellent communicators and work collaboratively;

• Are very well organised, positive and enthusiastic; 

• Can work with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for children; 

• Are committed to inclusion; 

• Have excellent interpersonal skills


Minimum requirement English and Maths GCSE Grade C or equivalent

New Marston Primary School is a mixed community school for 4-11 year olds in Headington, Oxford. In February 2017, we converted to an academy under the River Learning Trust. Exciting times are ahead for the school; teachers and leadership teams across the Trust work closely to support and challenge each other and there is strong collaboration and mutual support which benefits all our schools. We are committed to ensuring that the school continues to improve rapidly and provides the best possible education for our children.
