Knights Temple Grove is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fulfil the important role of Teaching Assistant within our Primary Phase.
The Teaching Assistant will provide the highest level of support to pupils with additional educational needs within our SEND team.
Under the direction of the SENDCO you will be working with groups of students as well as supporting individuals. Above all we are looking for someone committed to their role who is able to make a difference in children’s lives. This may be the first step in your path to becoming a qualified teacher and as an employer we recognise talent and will help you develop in this career path.
The post would suit someone who can develop a deep understanding of student needs and tailor their approach to each situation to provide a personalised experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and an ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
