Hours:     40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am – 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant at Jubilee School, you’ll play a key role in helping our pupils grow in confidence, independence, and curiosity. You’ll support classroom learning, lead small groups, provide 1:1 guidance, and make every day engaging, purposeful, and fun.

What You’ll Do

  • Support teachers to deliver hands-on, inspiring lessons

  • Lead small groups and provide tailored 1:1 support to meet each pupil’s needs

  • Encourage confidence, independence, and curiosity in every pupil

  • Work across indoor and outdoor settings, helping learning come alive

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance pupils’ wellbeing and progress

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

  • Caring, patient, and adaptable

  • Experienced working with children or holding GCSEs in English and Maths

  • Comfortable supporting pupils in a variety of learning environments

  • A Full UK Driving Licence holder

  • A team player ready to contribute to a positive, collaborative school culture
