The Heys School, Prestwich is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative, and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Special Educational Needs Department.
31 hours per week Term Time plus 3 days
Salary: Starting salary £15,884.26 (£21,968 pro rata) per annum

Acting under the direction of the school's SENCO, the successful candidates will provide general support to staff and pupils.
Applicants should be creative and forward thinking and have the drive and motivation to support the further development of the department and the school.

· Experience of working with children/young adults.
· High levels of commitment and enthusiasm.
· Initiative, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
· Calm under pressure.
· Punctual and reliable.
You will be joining a committed team of staff, who work with enthusiastic and positive students, who are keen to learn. The school is on an exciting journey as they work in partnership with The Rowan Learning Trust.
