We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Primary School team in Qatar. Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to support students in their learning journey. You will provide individual and group assistance, help with classroom management, and ensure that each child has the resources they need to thrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their teaching skills and make a meaningful difference in young learners’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering lessons and activities
- Support children’s learning both in the classroom and outside (e.g., during playtime)
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help
- Assist with classroom organization, resources, and materials
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supervise students during non-classroom activities (e.g., lunch, breaks)
- Support students with their personal, social, and emotional development
Requirements:
- Must be residing in Qatar
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not essential
- Passionate about working with children and fostering their development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
