We cater to children aged 4-16 at our school, which opened in September 2020 as the first of its kind in the UK. Our stunning park location features a beautifully renovated 18th-century Manor House, situated between Crawley and Pease Pottage.
In addition to discrete teaching, our pupils engage in self-directed learning, project-based learning, academic mastery, Wild Fridays (whole-school outdoor learning every week) and running their own school business. Our mission is to prepare young people for the uncertain and exciting future of the 21st Century, providing an education that is modern and purpose-driven, leaving behind outdated traditions.
With an extremely low staff turnover and rising pupil numbers due to the high demand for this innovative school, we are excited to be offering the opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our fantastic Primary school team. You will be involved in one-to-one and small group interventions, including learners with SEN, supporting and inspiring children to reach their own unique potential.
Atelier 21 School promotes a collaborative environment, and you will find working alongside various subject teachers and support staff to be a seamless and positive experience.
