Teaching Assistant Required to Support a Pupil with Medical Needs (Term Time Only)

TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED TO SUPPORT A PUPIL WITH MEDICAL NEEDS  Start date: April 16th 2018 Hours: 8.30am – 3.45pm.  Term time only (plus INSET days) Contract: The contract will be until the child leaves the school  

Salary: 32.5 hours per week – £18,602 (Scale 22) - £20,249 (Scale 25) pa all inclusive.

The successful candidate will support a Year 2 pupil who has recently had a serious illness. The support will enable the pupil to access the curriculum, participate in learning, and develop independence in learning and other aspects of school life. The pupil is hard working, very well behaved and will be a delight to support.   The applicant should: • be enthusiastic and able to use their own initiative and creativity to motivate the child and solve accessibility issues. • have good communication skills and excellent spoken English. • have experience of supporting children with medical needs.  Grange is a  four form entry school, a two minute walk from South Ealing tube station.
