32 hours per week (would consider 37 hours pw)
The Hart School is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to assist qualified teaching staff in the supervision of classes. This includes providing learning support to students in relation to their individual needs, ensuring a constructive working environment, organising resources where required and providing feedback where necessary.
Ideally with some experience of working to support children’s learning in a school setting, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate well to a wide range of people. You must also have the ability to work as part of a team, but still demonstrate initiative, plan effectively and be committed to the needs of the students.
