An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Support Team for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team-orientated school graded as ‘Good’ in all categories (Ofsted June 2018). The vacancy is for 15 hours per week on a part-time, term time only basis.
The ideal candidate would be an effective role model that sets high expectations and motivates the pupils to achieve. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with SEMH. You will be working 1:1 with SEN students in small groups.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is able to make the significant contribution required to secure the very best outcomes for SEND students at The Bicester School. Salary Details: £6,048 per annum (Pro Rata of £17,364)
