Job overview

Required for February 2019:

a flexible and dedicated professional with recent classroom experience to support a Year 2 child with complex needs.  We wish to appoint a TA who will be working alongside the class teacher to provide a high standard of support and will need to be able to plan, deliver and monitor work as well as adapting materials to support the pupil.

Leigh on Mendip First School is a supportive and popular school within the Frome Learning Partnership and is now an Academy school as part of the Midsomer Norton Schools’ Partnership Multi-Academy Trust. We can offer a strong team of friendly colleagues to work with.

This is a temporary appointment related to the provision of special needs support in respect of a named child. 27.5 hours a week (08.45 – 12.00 and 13.00 – 15.15), Monday to Friday, term time only.
