About the role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher to deliver a rich, balanced, and engaging curriculum. You’ll work closely with pupils to help them reach their full potential—both academically and personally—by supporting learning in the classroom, implementing planned activities, and supervising group work. Your role will also involve contributing to a positive, well-organised learning environment, assisting with behaviour management, and helping to maintain resources and classroom order. You’ll be actively involved in assessing and monitoring pupil progress and will support the wider school day through duties such as lunch and playground supervision.

This is a permanent, full-time role immediately available.

Who we are looking for:
  • Relevant qualification, preferably international, in education or childcare desirable.
  • Some experience in the UK would be useful but not essential.
  • High English level essential.
  • A curiosity towards and natural tolerance of lifestyles and languages different to your own is essential.
