We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

About the Role and You
Contract type: Full-time, all year round or term time only
Working pattern: 8:30am – 3:40pm or 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £11 per hour
Start date: Immediate start available.
This role involves providing one-to-one support or small group support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will also be responsible for preparing and organising additional educational materials and resources and encouraging students to actively participate in the class and engage in activities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential).
- Further qualifications with regard to child protection and/ or SEN.
- An ability to devise and implement a range of strategies to support learning and enjoyment of learning.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to inspire confidence and become a positive role model.

About Trinity School
Trinity School is an independent, co-educational, all-through school for children aged 3-19 years old. It is situated in Teignmouth, Devon, and has approximately 490 day and boarding pupils. Bursaries and scholarships are available.
