Teaching Assistant (Temporary)

Working as part of a team in a busy, caring and friendly school environment we are looking to appoint a qualified Teaching Assistant who will work across our Pre-Preparatory school from January 2022.  The successful applicant will assist our Classroom Teachers as well as undertaking playground, lunchtime cover and general administrative duties.  

The post is temporary until the 8th July 2022 and is Term Time only (including INSET).  The total weekly hours are 25 per week, working Mondays to Fridays from 8.15 am until 1.15 pm.

The actual salary for the contract is £6,565.98 (£19,774.00 FTE).

Candidates should have experience of working with or caring for children, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, the successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check.
