Swaffield is a happy and successful school, committed to its staff and pupils. We are looking for the right person to work alongside teachers and other support staff in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This post will be subject to a six months probationary period and will include lunchtime supervision/activities.
You need enthusiasm, energy and good communication skills. You also need to be flexible, patient, caring and confident with children. Previous experience working with pupils with learning difficulties, ASD or behavioural needs is essential.
This will be a class-based post, working one to one or in small groups with children.
