Position: Part-Time Teaching Assistant (Learning Support) - Fixed Term Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will support the learning needs of students 16- 25 years old with SEND under the guidance of classroom teachers, helping to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate Certificate
- Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents
- Knowledge of effective learning support strategies
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles
