Dubai Heights Academy is a progressive and forward-thinking British International School located in the prime location of Al Barsha South, Dubai. With close proximity to multiple residential areas and a range of amenities, we are sought-out by families in search for a school offering educational excellence alongside a quality inclusive education system for students from FS1 up to Year 11 (August 2024), and we will continue to grow organically to Year 13. Since opening in 2017, we have been committed to enhancing not just our students' experiences and academic achievements, but also fostering growth and development among our staff members and wider community. Our sprawling 292,000 sqft campus boasts 3 buildings dedicated for each phase, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new secondary building in the summer of 2024, marking our most ambitious project yet.

We follow the National Curriculum of England but also provide much more than standard education. Through our exclusive partnerships with world-class organisations, we offer unparalleled opportunities that set us apart from other schools in the region. Whether it's our AI curriculum developed in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston or our unique golfing partnership with renowned golfer Tommy Fleewood, we pride ourselves on being different. We are driven by an underlying philosophy captured by our school ethos of ‘Every Child, Every Mind and Everybody matters’ and believe that every student deserves the best possible education, regardless of background and ability. Described as a ‘one staff school’, reflecting the importance of inclusivity and diversity, we are genuinely a school rooted in family and community values, where the emphasis on wellbeing stands out as one of our most remarkable features.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional education and ready to be part of our innovative team to help us fulfil our promise to our families. We offer competitive and attractive packages and as our school and team continue to grow, we are in an excellent position to provide opportunities for career progression and advancement.
