The Vale Primary Academy are looking to appoint a temporary part time Teaching Assistant to join their academy in January 2020 to work under the direct instruction of teacher/support staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.

We are an outstanding team who strive to constantly improve our practice in an ego free environment. We believe that all staff should have the same opportunities for development, which is why we have open staff and SLT meetings; bespoke MERS; tailored coaching sessions for all staff and consistent support from both the Trust and local academies. 

As an Academy we have excellent relationships with parents and the community. We have an open door policy and lots of very well supported events throughout the year. The children are at the heart of everything we do and we provide them with the best opportunities to reach their full potential. This year we are continuing to develop a new curriculum which is designed to instill lifelong curiosity as well as skills and knowledge.
