Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching times.
With a recent good OFSTED, where the SEN provision was described as a significant strength and having just moved into a new building, this is an ideal time to join Buxton School.
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) is a minimum requirement. Previous experience is desirable but not necessary; however, any training in SEN would be preferable. A desire to work with young people is essential. Regular training and professional development is available for the successful candidate.
