Teaching Assistant

Wheatfield Primary School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and positive Teaching Assistant to be mainly based in our new Nursery from September 2024.

Your opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will work as a nursery-based teaching assistant supporting children in our new Nursery from September 2024, each day from 8.30am-3.30pm. They join a very hard working and dedicated team of teachers and support staff, who focus on improving outcomes for the pupils in their care. The successful candidate could have the opportunity to do a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

The Details

Start Date: September 2024

Hours: 32.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 8:30am-3.30pm (6.5 hours per day)

Salary: Associate 2.1 - £16,732 actual salary (£21,544 FTE)
