Job overview
Ormiston SWB Academy is a vibrant, successful 11-19 Academy. We are massively oversubscribed and have world class facilities, highly professional staff and students who are keen to learn. The post-holder will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic student support team who support the work of the Academy in a proficient and professional way.
We are looking to appoint three outstanding Teaching Assistants to work across the Academy. Teaching Assistants are instrumental in the educational and pastoral provision across our Academy and we are seeking people who feel they have the right academic and nurturing skills to help our students succeed. One of the posts will be a part time post to support Sixth Form students.
We are looking for staff who want to make a difference to the education and life chances of our students, are forward thinking, ambitious and creative workers and who will go the extra mile to contribute whole-heartedly to wider academy life.
