Stonar School is a vibrant co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 3 – 18. As one of over 50 schools in the NACE Group worldwide, Stonar has a global educational perspective, yet it is located in stunning grounds in the Wiltshire countryside just eight miles from the centre of the city of Bath and within easy reach of the M4 corridor. Students regularly achieve excellent results, which are beyond expectations both academically and personally. In the recent ISI inspection Stonar was rated excellent for both pupil achievement and pupil personal development.

An opportunity exists for a suitably qualified, caring and enthusiastic individual to join our happy, boarding community as a Houseparent. The successful candidate will run one of our vibrant and friendly boarding houses and is expected to teach approximately 0.5 of a timetable. This is a residential position and on-site family accommodation will be provided.

Applications are welcome from couples where the partner would also take some pastoral responsibility in the house at evenings and weekends.  An additional allowance would be paid for this.  If this would be of interest please indicate this in your covering letter.
