Job overview
We are looking for enthusiastic university students who are interested in teaching science, maths, geography or primary to complete a paid 2-week summer internship at a school in the north east.
As well as gaining essential school experience, key to your teacher training application, you will also work alongside outstanding teachers and receive support and advice from our friendly Shotton Hall SCITT team. This is the ideal opportunity to find out if teaching could be the career for you and get paid while doing it!
Who can apply?
All applicants must be in their penultimate or final year of university in a subject suitable for teaching science, maths, geography or primary. Applicants must also have a C or above in GCSE English and maths plus a C or above in GCSE science for primary applicants.
