The School currently consists of 1060 students with an Early Learning Centre for Pre-school and Kindergarten, a Primary School for Years 1 to 6 and Secondary School from Years 7 to 12. Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School offers pupils access to a range of sporting and creative activities. In addition, the school offers leadership programmes and community service programmes. Extracurricular clubs include a book lovers’ club, a brass band ensemble, and a global affairs club.
Curriculum
The Lindisfarne Grammar primary school academic program focuses on establishing a what the school describes as “a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy” which is based on the New South Wales Board of Studies curriculum. This covers a range of subjects including English, mathematics, and science and technology.
In Years 7 to 12, academic, pastoral care, outdoor education and co-curricular programmes are “designed to support students through their adolescent years of development”. This encourageS pupils to develop independence and self-confidence while providing a safety net for decision-making, risk-taking, and developing a sense of identity.
