Job Title: Teaching School Hub Administrator
Location: HFCMAT - HFCMAT - This role will be based at St John Plessington Catholic College and will also involve flexible/home working and attendance at meetings in other locations.

Salary Grade: Band G, scale point 19-24 £25,927-£29,174 FTE (£23,547-£26,496 actual)
Contract: This post is 36 hours per week, 41 weeks a year (leave to be taken in non-term time). This post is fixed-term until 31st August 2024 in the first instance, or for the duration of grant funding.

Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub would like to invite applications from enthusiastic individuals for the post of Teaching School Hub Administrator. The successful applicant will work closely with the Teaching School Hub Director and Project Manager to support the Teaching School Hub with administrative tasks, project monitoring, coordinate compliance audits and assist Teaching School Strategic Leads and CFO with collation of data. This role is based at St John Plessington Catholic College and will also involve flexible/home working and attendance at meetings in other locations. Due to this, the successful applicant will need a driving license and access to a vehicle.
Inspire Learning TSH is one of 87 hubs nationally that covers Liverpool and Wirral. The designated lead school is St John Plessington Catholic College and Holy Family Catholic Multi Academy Trust, working in partnership with St John Bosco Arts College alongside other key partners. We will provide world class training and opportunities for all teachers, leaders, phases and sectors across the region. The Inspire Learning Teaching School Hub works across the Wirral and Liverpool.

The day to day activities of the role will include
Liaison with Teaching School Hub Director and Project Manager to support them in the delivery of activity
Liaison with Lead Providers, partner organisations, facilitators and participants as needed
Sourcing venues and event booking
Assisting Teaching School Hub Strategic Leads and CFO with collation of data
Coordinating compliance audits as required by DfE
Key duties
Maintain the Teaching School Hub diary and associated cycles
Undertake/deal with all personnel/confidential correspondence
Be the first port of call for the Lead Providers and other partners
Prepare papers/co-ordinate arrangements for Teaching School Hub meetings and provide administration and organisational support including minute taking
Maintain administrative oversight of all Teaching School Hub activities around Early Career Framework (ECF); National Professional Qualifications (NPQs); Continuous Professional Development (CPD) if relevant; Appropriate Body services (AB).
Raise recharge requests (invoices / journals) in respect of Hub activities
Maintain accurate financial records in conjunction with the Project Manager
Support the reporting process and assist with the analysis of trends, data and performance both internally and to external stakeholders.
Promote all CPD events across all partnerships on a regular basis and additionally as appropriate
Upload documents and information to ensure digital platforms and Hub website are up to date with all courses available.
Liaise with external presenters to ensure quality provision
Provide, administer and collate evaluations for our own Teaching School Hub events in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Undertake general correspondence including evaluations for our own Teaching School Hub CPD events
