Job overview

We are seeking to appoint a talented qualified teacher as leader of the Chafford Hundred Teaching School, responsible for coordinating our work, both locally and within our Alliance, further developing our CPD offer and continuing to grow professional networks.  

Harris Academy Chafford Hundred is a designated Teaching School and is proud to offer high-quality training from beginner/trainee teachers through to leaders. Working in collaboration with our colleagues, the Federation Teaching School Alliance is the professional development centre of the Harris Federation. 

What we are looking for:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who would like to:

  • Develop their leadership experience to influence the quality of professional learning
  • Learn from working with a range of stakeholders
  • Extend their understanding of leadership in a variety of contexts.

You must hold QTS (or equivalent) and an undergraduate degree to be considered for this post.

Harris Academy Chafford Hundred is a co-educational 11-18 Academy for 1000 students which opened in September 2011.
