Job overview
The Team Leader will be responsible for curriculum standards and outcomes for a number of HE programmes across the school, including Early Years, Counselling, Travel & Tourism and Sport & Exercise Science as well as a number of FE programmes in Early Years. The teaching commitment will be in the curriculum area of FE & HE Early Years.
Hardworking and flexible, the successful candidate will hold a Degree or relevant professional qualification in Early Years and have experience of leading / managing Early Years FE & HE programmes. With high personal standards and expectations, you have a strong vision for the improvement and development of the curriculum area and have a thorough understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes and how these can be used to enhance the student experience.
