We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Team Leader for our Specialist Learning Support provision, to drive our continued success in providing high quality Additional Learning Support, that ensures individual student support is appropriate, effective, timely and promotes high achievement for all students.
As an effective Team Leader you will support the Additional Learning Support Curriculum Manager, with the development and maintenance of robust systems and procedures which support the production of accurate and timely data and maximise the resources available, to meet student support needs and legal requirements. You will also be responsible for carrying out specialist Teacher Assessments for Access Arrangements.
With a PGCE or Certificate in Education, a relevant degree and preferably a current SpLD Assessment Practising Cert (AMBDA or PATOSS or equivalent) in order to assess for Access Arrangements, you will also have significant experience of teaching students with specific support needs and knowledge of Atlas software in relation to College performance targets.
